Monday

10:30am – 11:30am Contract Review and Discussion

The contract review and discussion class is dedicated to learning and understanding the agreement to purchase. We discuss in depth the 3-page and the 9-page agreement to purchase.

2pm – 2:30pm Role Playing – 2 Part Seller Script

During the role playing class we will pair up investors to practice the various telephone scripts. It is a great time to improve on your skill set of talking to sellers and buyers on purpose.

3pm – 4pm Module Training

During the Module training we go over each specific module in our academy and cover any questions you might have on each module.

Tuesday

9:30am – 10:30am Real Estate Q&A.

During this hour we answer questions from students regarding the many facets of real estate. From marketing to deal creation. Bring your questions.

2pm – 2:30pm Role Playing

During the role playing class we will pair up investors to practice the various telephone scripts. It is a great time to improve on your skill set of talking to sellers and buyers on purpose.

3:30pm – 4:30pm Topic Discussion.

During the topic discussion class we will teach a variety of topics. From topics such as Subject 2 Investing to Determining Value.

Wednesday

10:30am – 11:30am CRM Q&A

During the CRM Q&A we answer any questions you might have regarding using or navigating your way through the BSFF CRM.

2pm – 2:30pm Role Playing

During the role playing class we will pair up investors to practice the various telephone scripts. It is a great time to improve on your skill set of talking to sellers and buyers on purpose.

3pm – 4pm Module Training

Thursday

9:30am – 10:30am General Marketing.

During the General Marketing class we will teach a large variety of marketing strategies. From direct mail, cold calling, center of influence mining, digital marketing, web presence, driving for dollars and more.

10:30am – 11:30am Campaign Marketing.

During the Campaign Marketing class we will teach you how to use the marketing chart algorithm and also information on how marketing campaigns work.

2pm – 2:30pm Role Playing

During the role playing class we will pair up investors to practice the various telephone scripts. It is a great time to improve on your skill set of talking to sellers and buyers on purpose.

Friday

10:30am – 11:30am Michael’s Round Table

This is not a normal training class. The round table is designed for like type real estate investment minded people to get together and talk.
